A deposit of 50% is required on all orders. The balance is due at time of instillation. If customer backs out of an order, Elegant Iron is entitled to keep the 50% deposit. The price of instillation is included in product pricing. A Prefabrication contract must be signed upon 50% deposit and is a legal binding contract. Any change to an open order must first be authorized by Elegant Iron and then on an Elegant Iron change order. If designs are changed by customer, additional charges may apply. Additional charges will be included to balance to be paid at time of instillation. Customer is responsible for additional charges. If goods are shipped, buyer is responsible for all freight charges. Buyer assumes control of the goods the moment the carrier signs the bill of lading. Buyer assumes all risk of transportation. If goods are shipped, buyer is responsible for filing claims for loss or damages with the shipping company. WARRANTY Products designed and fabricated by Elegant Iron are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year, to the original purchaser. Components or processes manufactured or performed by others are covered by their respective manufacturer or processor. There is no warranty on Elegant Iron finishes. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, forced entry, modification, or instillation performed by parties other that Elegant Iron is not covered by the warranty. User shall maintain products in working order at all times. Elegant iron's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. In no event shall elegant Iron be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale or use of products. Any warranty issues shall be resolved at the sole discretion of Elegant Iron. Finish, design, construction and components may vary. Improvements, revisions and changes may be made on the above mentioned and may be performed without notice. Elegant Iron warranties instillation for a period of 90 days and is not responsible for removal of products sold. Elegant Iron is not responsible for preexisting objects and structures. Elegant Iron is not liable to damages made to objects and structures during instillation. |
